Our Record
Since 2019, our provided Skip-Trace Service has been used to assist in Criminal, Civil & Domestic Cases to Locate Witnesses using a combination of Investigative and Research Resources & Methods for a variety of reasons, such as:

To allow us to obtain criminal witness interviews/statements

To assist with service of summons to locate and serve individuals documents for them to either appear in court and/or produce documents in a Case

To serve notice to individuals inorder to inform of any settlement payout entitlements in a Class Action Lawsuit that may have been brought by another party

To serve notice upon an identified witness to a crime or incident wherein they are requested to contact the listed attorney to determine or to inform of the need for them to appear in court to testify.
We have had to Locate & Interview these Witnesses. As well as;

To locate previous tenants who've skipped out on paying a remaining rent balance owed to the landlord, and then

To serve them with a court summons & complaint to appear in court to try and allow the attorney's client the ability to recoup some of their financial loss, in addition to suing to regain possession and entry back into their property.

Therefore, using various investigative resources & methods, we search to find the answers needed to solve the case.

There are numerous investigative methods used to assist either a Criminal Defense Attorney or Civil Litigation Attorney in support of their client as much as possible to obtain a resolution to whatever the issue may be for the case.
The investigative components used are what we as Private Investigators call performing a skip-trace to try and locate someone or to see what comes up in a background check using available resources.
